Learn the personnel training and development function in organizations and the advancement of competence in the area of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Examine training and development needs and opportunities to achieve greater productivity. Students will sharpen their skills in communicating job expectations, orienting new employees and providing an OJT (on the job) demonstration.
