Spring Commencement Ceremony

Riverland Community College's commencement ceremony for Spring Semester 2001 graduates was held May 18, 2001 at Riverside Arena in Austin.

The keynote speaker was Timothy M. McManimon, President, Wells Fargo Bank in Owatonna. Austin businessman Elliott Dubinsky received an Honorary Degree, which is awarded to individuals who support the College's mission and have contributed to the growth of academic excellence

The graduates received a commemorative gift from the Riverland Community College Foundation and the Albert Lea Campus Foundation.

Riverland graduates included students from both the Albert Lea and Austin campuses and the Owatonna Higher Education Center.
