Life is more than just time spent breathing. Dr. Kelly Nesvold, owner of Wellness 1st Chiropractic, will be here to tell you how to add years to your life and life to your years through simple steps involving the five facets of health. Dr. Nesvold will also present information on beating the winter blues and helping you to have a happier winter.
Dr. Kelly Nesvold graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2000 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Chiropractic Acupuncturist degrees. He currently owns and operates Wellness 1st Chiropractic. He and his wife, Danielle, live in Austin with their son, Sam, and daughter, Julie.

Ken Fiscus has been an Earth and Space Science teacher in Albert Lea since 1991. Ken was one of 35 finalists of the 2000 teachers that applied for NASA's first class of Educator Astronauts. He underwent extensive physical and psychological testing. As a result of being a finalist for the Educator Astronaut program, he also got to participate in a ZeroG flight and experience weightlessness for about 8-1/2 minutes. He has a unique perspective of our country's space program and will share some of his experiences with the group. Ken's presentation will feature a significant amount of time for answering your questions.
He and his wife Kelli are the proud parents of two adopted children Rigel and Meridian (both names being related to astronomy). Ken's professional life has been filled with teaching astronomy and rocketry at every age level from preschool to college and he also worked for five years as the Science Center director for a Boy Scout camp in northern Minnesota. Ken has presented at nine Minnesota Science Teacher conferences and two NASA Educator Astronaut conferences. He was honored to be one of ten finalists for the 2004 Minnesota Teacher of the Year.
