• The User names must be at least eight characters in length, begin with a capitol letter, and contain at least one digit.
• The Passwords must be at least eight characters in length, cannot contain the user name, and must contain characters from three of the following four groups:
  1. Lower Case Letters
  2. Upper Case Letters
  3. Numbers
  4. Alphanumeric characters of symbols (i.e. @, $, &)
  5. Remember your password, it will be used to log into the on-line forms
