James Wegner Art Gallery

Now on view in the James Wegner Art Gallery is the art of Paul Williams. Williams assembles a surprising array of found materials into fascinating and whimsical objects that often play off of the forms of familiar things in the environment, such as bird houses or wall mounted phones. The effect can be both surreal and comic, but is always visually fascinating.

Williams is a Master of Fine Arts from Mankato State University, and he has taught classes at Riverland Community College. The artist is an area resident.

Gallery hours for the show are M-F 9:30-4:30 through November 30. Closed November 11, 26 and 27.

The Riverland Community College James Wegner Art Gallery features a diverse mix of student, community and professional artist work, traveling shows and the alike. Admission to the gallery is free of charge.
